Can't wait to try some Potato Pancakes
After Church on Sunday, we stopped at "Coco Restaurant". Sharon ordered a vegetarian omelet with fresh fruit on the side. Frank ordered the potato pancakes with eggs and sausage. Frank can't wait to get home and try making the potato pancakes himself. It will take some experimenting to get the ingredients right. If you want to try it, here is what was in the pancakes: Shredded potato, cheddar cheese, chopped scallions, chopped green pepper, and egg to hold it all together. Wonderful eating.

Sounds yummy! I'll expect Chef Frank to have the pancake recipe perfected by our next visit to Galax.
I've never been to Shadow Mountain Church, probably never will be able to afford a visit to San Deigo Calif, but I have hear the sermons of this godly man for years. Rev. Brother Jeremiah is a good man and I pray that the church realize what they have. Good godly ministers and pastors are hard to find, and Shadow Mountain Church has been wonderfully bless.
It is my fervent prayer that God will continue to give David Jeremiah good health so that he can continue to preach God's Word. May his tribe increase!
