We ended our day at Randol's, Salle de Danse. A typical Cajun restaurant with live music located in Lafayette, LA.
I tasted my first crawfish, gumbo and the crab and corn soup and it was outstanding. If I wasn't already full I would have ordered another serving. We finished the meal with a great bread pudding.
The music was there also. Great Cajun band!
The dancers did their version of the Cajun Square Dance. It looked like a slow waltz or two-step walk, at least until they stepped up the beat and the music played faster. Then they really started to swing.
